Why would they when it's to their advantage that the world knows that Israel has killed over 400,000? And how could Nader possibly know anything beyond what Hamas is saying?

Where's almost all the population of Gaza? In refugee camps on the southern end of Gaza. The only group keeping stats is Hamas. There is no source of information smuggling out the "real" numbers. Why would Hamas want to keep the much larger number from the world if it helps with the claims of genocide? Nader is a liar and he does so to get attention.

What has that got to do with body count? Most of the population had moved to the southern end before Israel started bombing. You don't have any legitimate sources other than Hamas for the death toll.
