Yes I am. I delivered to many Section 8 complexes and I believe food stamps were replaced by EBT cards. I always saw signs about EBT when I delivered in low income areas. Maybe you can explain it better.

In a BIG way. Making more in retirement than I did as an employee and I haven't even started drawing my 2 pensions yet. Small sacrifices for over 40 years made that possible.
