Dems in my state put restrictions on land use which actually made homes worth more, more expensive. Builders stopped putting up smaller square footage homes in favor of more profitable larger homes.

I like watching the homesteader’s unique building styles. Many of them are very wealthy but choose to live off the grid.

And yet when the new administration is trying to cut out unnecessary and fraudulent spending, is trying to onshore as much manufacturing as possible, is trying to create a level playing field with other countries, they're lambasted from every angle. Mostly by people who will lose out if they're successful.

That's a long time coming but we finally have someone willing to do something about it. If we had four more years of what was being done we very well may have collapsed. Might be in the best interest of some if we collapsed but most of us would have suffered. Great Depression soup line suffering.
