In PCs They already have an in cab camera and mic on the rear view monitors. Nothing that a well placed info notice cant fix.
Seriously? Please read the FAQ before spreading false info.
Q Is that a camera hiding in my rear view camera's monitor?

A No, we've confirmed via the manufacturer's reference material and by phone that it is an infrared receiver port for an optional remote control and not a camera or light sensor.

They cannot record audio without a court order and would need reason to believe there was a legitimate reason for it and prove it before being granted permission.
That's a felony and would be a huge lawsuit, 8 figures easy.

I'm sure a corporation as big as UPS could find a way to bend that rule. Not that I give a sh** if they listen in or not.

Call up some fictitious drug dealer, buying/selling large quantities of drugs out of the back of your truck.
Lets see how long it takes to discover if you're being recorded.

I hear they have Wi-Fi in pc's, tractors and all buildings and are secretly accessing all your online search's and what not looking to hack any bank account numbers and passwords. Oh and of course any good porn you've been looking at.

They can't.
Highly illegal.

If they do then it would be a huge out of court settlement.

If I found out I was being recorded, I would go straight to the Magistrate without delay, and find out if a court order was issued.

If not, lawyer up and settle out of court, UPS would not want that to go public.

Trust me, none of these theories are true or I would be history. Been looking to draw unemployment on the way out for a couple of years. Was 20 yrs old the only time I applied and was denied because I was was going to school and not available for all shifts. Then I found a job loading trucks and 38 yrs don't care if they hear me talk with a customer or how long it takes the DIAD or truck to move!
