You can't just lump the two together.
The demonstration was carried out, (without looting, burning, etc. BTW), to show anger and frustration with ongoing activities by the Democrats that culminated into a "stolen" election. The Dems worked between the legal & scrupulous lines and bashed Trump since Day 1 and everyone knows it.
The ANTIFA, Proud Boys, BLM, KKK, etc. showed up and are an element of society that are "extremists" in their tactics and their philosophies.
Then there's the cops that:
Let them in;
fought them;
murdered them.
The J6 "trial" idiots and the others that won't be happy until they bring great disgrace to Trump, his party and the US in their (yet another) twisted effort to steal further elections, and possibly greater harm to our national security.
So, I'm upset on many levels, but not the demonstration. It got out of hand, no doubt, but Trump is on record of authorizing the National Guard before January 6 and those that didn't make it happen and cowering in the shadows and being protected by the media and the Dems are responsible. Just like that murdering cop, Michael Leroy Byrd.
