Yes he did and that's a government action that I could get behind.

Wouldn't it be nice to receive your entire paycheck and then decide how and where you want to spend it? Yes, the idea of paying a 23% national sales tax would require an adjustment, but it would nice to have the ability to decide for myself.

Luke pulled it down and did a re-edit which I agree with. In the original he added some commentary that suggested the tractor accident that killed James was contrived and there is zero evidence to that effect. Luke rightly saw his error, pulled it down removing said commentary which was about 2 sentences and reposted the same basic video. Here's the new version which I think you will enjoy including James himself speaking at the end. Classic Traficant who defied political boxes to the end.
