How long have you been out of operations? I have a feeling that you wouldn't recognize the place if you ever decided to come back.

Stop counts are through the roof. Micromanaging is at an all time high. The preload is the worst that it has ever been. Orion and CRI have caused a great deal of unnecessary frustration and service issues. Customers that used to be able to set our clocks by our deliveries now have no idea when they will be getting their packages.
