Fedex got themselves classified as an airline. This means any working group has to vote for a union on a national level all at once. This is hard if not impossible to accomplish.

Is it? Or have the right tactics not been used? Like an Obama campaign model of targeting a potential union "yes" vote and continually feeding them data and...well propaganda leading up to a large scale ad campaign nationwide to let the general public in on some UPS/FEDEX facts followed by a nationwide vote.
