Why do our peer countries have such low mass shooting/gun violence rates as compared to our country? Do they have a lot fewer mentally ill people? Or did they take gun laws seriously and made it a priority to keep firearms out of the hands of neophyte or the mentally deranged? Or just by making it really difficult or impossible to possess weapons of war?
Gun control is as American as apple pie. If you look you will understand. Even our founding fathers supported gun control in the years after the Constitution and Bill of Rights was written.
