Obama expanded title ix protections to trannies. There's literally billions of dollars of government money on the line to lose if the universities violate it.

They'd just expel everyone and let the dude swim by himself. They'd be comparing him to James Meredith and celebrating him as a civil rights hero.

I dunno, they can’t expel you for not playing a sport, and without athletes they won’t get an audience. No gate, no donations from alumni etc. It might finally reveal that the emperor has no clothes.
