You don't have to be a religious zealot to realize something's terribly wrong with the way some people act. Instead of just wanting to be accepted as someone who prefers his own sex to the opposite, you want openly in our face flamboyant behavior to be mainstreamed. That anyone who doesn't agree with you be canceled in society. You're militant, and pitch fits like a child when your militancy doesn't force your views over all others. You'd be better served trying to act like a mature adult and realize your small minority doesn't get to have its way on all issues.

Hell these people might know more than me overall, I don’t know them or their lived experience. But when it comes to religion and its claims I know more than them and I haven’t put much time or effort into learning what they spent their entire lives “believing” (I strongly doubt these people are like you, a true believer with all your heart in this).
No not really. Man has a long history of believing stupid and incorrect things about reality. It’s just people get a lot more touchy over their god beliefs. I wouldn’t say belief in God has always been with humanity when it comes to the Christian god. People have worshiped hundreds if not thousands of different gods. There are entire pantheons of gods that predate Judaism or the abrahamic god. It’s thought that Yahweh kind of co-opted out of one of these pantheons of gods or ancient pagan religion that predate Judaism.
There is a big difference between demonstrable theories tied to natural phenomena and claims about spiritual deities.
One has mountains of evidence, entire fields of study built up by generations of human beings motivated by truth and discovery.
The other has not only 0 supporting evidence, but a massive amount of evidence against its claims.
These are not similar in any way other than you can play semantics with the word faith or believe to compare religious ideas to scientific theories.
