We are to the left of Europe on abortion. That is what I said.
And you are wrong based on that map with yellow pink, orange, and brown states

In 21 of our 50 states/DC, late term abortion is either completely legal or allowed with a low bar to entry. 7 more states allow abortion up to the 22-24th week of pregnancy.

"States that allow for late-term abortions with no state-imposed thresholds are Alaska, Colorado, District of Columbia, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, and Vermont."

Let's say I'm a pregnant woman and my doctor agrees that not killing the baby would negatively affect my mental health:

"In the following states, the pregnancy must either threaten the mother’s life or health to permit a late-term abortion: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Virginia, and Washington."

That doesn't make sense. How many countries in Europe allow late term abortion? And doesn't matter if some states don't allow late term abortion. Residents of those states can travel to a state that allows it. So Ox is right in saying the U.S. is to the left of Europe on abortion. Not something to be proud of.

Yea it does. You have some extreme states. You would have to average it to find out which is better which i know you are all incapable of doing

And how much does an abortion cost in america?

You have how many countries in Europe to get a late term abortion? In the U.S. you can drive or fly to a state that allows it. What's hard to understand about this?

Youd have to average it bc some us states are to the left, and some are not even close

How much does it cost?
I don't know and that's irrelevant. The question is access. You can't accept the fact that the U.S. has more access to late term abortion than Europe does. Up to me the U.S. would have zero access. But rolling back Roe v Wade did exactly what was expected. States where the majority are against abortion it has been eliminated or greatly diminished. States where the majority are in favor of it there's still abortions. Even into the late stages. So the Right isn't dictating abortion restrictions everywhere, and the Left isn't able to force it on areas where most don't want it. I know that upsets you but that's our system.

I want to know the average.

And how much it costs? Its not very left wing to charge for abortion...

canada is to the left on europe on this issue for a change.

only some american states are. many are not. so based on the map its hard to say america is to the left of europe on this issue. but nice try.
What nice try? It's easier to get a late stage abortion in the U.S. than it is in Europe. Doesn't make me happy at all.
