JC 42 has said the mailer violation will merit a rerun. There are members who called and never received a ballot. Charges should be filed with the IBT, JC and the Department of Labor.

To be honest I honestly don't know if a decision has been made but its been months and he was so sure it was coming some I'm curious whats the scoop.
