Never said we were given 7.5 hour dispatches. My average is right around 9 hours.

We start at 9:45 (T-friend) and I punch out at or around 6:00 every day outside of Peak and am home by 6:15.

I'm not talking about planned days. You gave your start time, punch out time, and lunch time of 45 minutes. Based on that, 7.5 hours worked.

Open your calculator app if you need to.

That would put you at a 7:30 punch out time, not 6.

You're conflating planned days/dispatches to paid hours in all previous posts. I've been talking about hours worked this whole time. I responded to your punch in, lunch, punch out times and that conflicts with everything else you've said.

When it comes down to it, you get 8 straight hours everyday, except Monday apparently, but work 7.5.

When you said you average 9 hours a day, you failed to mention that you are dispatched 9 hrs of work.

This also points out that your center's time studies are way to generous. They are all fantasy land in my center.

Keep in mind that I average 1-1.5 hours under every day which, in reality, is at least 2 hours under if you use my actual hours worked, not my guarantee.
