So you understand someone saying “hate speech” is subjective and a opinion and should not be regulated by the government because we can’t really know what someone thinks hate speech is or is not? Sticks and stones remember? Someone’s actions can certainly be hateful.

I do understand and IMO someone saying “hate speech” is subjective and an opinion but the truth as I see it, is that certain “hate speech” is regulated, directly or indirectly already. By societal and governmental means.
I have no problem with this.
Probably more regulation in this area is coming.
There is too much hate.
I hope and pray that each person who hates anyone or anything too deeply is really only hating hemselves.
IMO This is a falsity. Words can be very hurtful. I believe deep down everyone knows this.

Different for all states. Minnesota law requires a permit to purchase prior to obtaining a handgun. If you already have a permit to carry that can be used in place of a permit to purchase. All the states that borders Minnesota have no permit to purchase requirements.

Why do you find it acceptable to try to control what I or others say on the BC?
If you you have control issues in other areas as well you may want to have a look.
In my experience I have seen control issues as a common attribute of individuals who IMO were the most dissatisfied with circumstances in their life and in humanity at large.
