Actually my favorite basic burger is the regular hamburger from Del Taco. I'm probably the only person in the world who goes to Del Taco and have never taste their Mexican food menu.

Their regular hamburger is with just ketchup and ONE pickle slice. No other junk to mess up the flavor. I even get one for breakfast on our way to Vegas....we always arrive Barstow around 7 AM. Macho fries in the large cup is a real treat!!

Hey, you're halfway to Vegas,-...you're in Barstow....it's 7 AM......you need breakfast....you need it fast....you fill up the tank....use the restrooms and off you go. Our drive to Vegas is 4 and a half hours because we don't dawdle.
We arrive, go to our complimentary suite, eat dinner at The Broiler.....lobster...complimentary. See a show (comped).....4 days of this ....everything comped (except gambling). Somebody's got to do it.
