Not True....... I know of someone who got their job back while in the premises while loading a package truck and he had gotten into an altercation with another hourly employee.......
They both got terminated for couple good months now 1 came back and the other is in a different Hub.
The one who came back kept his senority the other im not to sure since that would be some type of building transfer and doing transfers to other Hubs will put you at the bottom of the Senority list.
Though the employee who came back said they were a few days away from going to arbitrary but union had made a plea deal with the management and labor or whatever and ended up getting his job back.
Guess its all about how well your union gets along with your hubs Management Team.
But yeah GoodLuck.
Oh and did you File a Grievance for wrongful termination if you haven't I suggest you go do that NOW!
