Just got my helper for the year.

Not for helpers anymore. The only time any sort of management sees them is during hire. They tell they need to shave and never see them again. Then we see them on road and tell them not to worry about it. It's not like they're sticking around anyway.

Doctor note stating that your skin it too sensitive to shave often will take care of that.

No joke- I had a helper a few years ago the weighed almost 400 lbs. I never had to worry about being in the back sorting and not knowing the he was back in the truck!

Who hires these people?

The guys make 10 buck an hour, I don't work them like UPS works me, like a dog. He shows up on time, goes a decent speed, not running, staying steady, and keeping his head on a swivel for dogs, cars, and me to pass him the next stop. I don't need a track star or a masochist.
