Going back to Brown?

I would say nobody wants you back. The last thing in the world UPS wants is a guy who left, realized how good he had it, and wants to now return and probably stay for the next 30 years. No freakin’ way. Both UPS and the Teamsters got exactly what they wanted out of you. A short term employee who came and left before they even got vested in their pension. On behalf of those Teamsters whose pension fund you contributed to, but will never see $1 from…..I say thanks.
I know a few people who left for various reasons and came back. I was one of them. I didn't lose any pension credit. The only thing I lost was 8 months of seniority.

You're coming back during the free period. You have no guarantee of a job.
Actually, outside of a couple of years during Covid the company usually lied to people this time of year pretending they had an opportunity to go full-time and they did not. I suspect that’s happening now as well.

I was a RPCD for 3.5 years, and quit back in May to take another job. My new job got rid of position, I want to come back to UPS.
Do I lose my seniority? I guess I do, since I resigned. I was so close to top rate, do you guys think it's worth it to go back for peak season?

I assume I would be starting as a new hire right?
Your not to bright are ya? Hope they tell you to get lost

Have a nice day

No freakin chance in hell he is welcomed back. 100% no. They have already hired and fired 2 guys who took his place. This place does not want you for 3.5 years, let alone 35 years. That goes for the company and the Teamsters. Do you thing the union really wants to pay for your kids to get their wisdom teeth removed, tonsils out and braces….come on man

They want you to come on as a runner/gunner and they will give you quite the long leash for the first few years, but once you near top pay and you start standing up for yourself…..BOOM….you falsified records….SeeYa
