No. You need to have 30 working (not calendar)days in a 90 day period. Once you have 30 working days in you will have a permanent feeder seniority date. Can't remember exactly how they calculate it. You will then receive in the mail a packet with your insurance information. Fill it out and you're done. You now have insurance.Ok so health etc. Doesn't kick in for a year?? Damn I have a family

The company plan, for now...Clarify. Your family has insurance. Not just you. At no cost to you as well. Excellent Blue Cross Blue Shield too! Just do what they ask of you, don't be a ball buster and you'll be fine. It's a great company to work for.
