Same in my building. There has to be written documentation during the first 30 days of a new employee's job performance. Not that it really matters as anyone that shows up everyday on time and makes an honest effort will be kept on permantly.He has got people their jobs back during probationary periods on different occasions..ba wants solid reasons if they show up to work on time and work as directed our ba would get then their job back. There is no revolving door here
