I've never met a Business Agent that didn't have a quiver full of excuses for every occasion. Especially, info that they should be communicating to members. It's part of what we pay you for...

Thats what monthly meetings are for.

Nothing like having the balls.... to get in front of the Local members and air your grievances.

Definitely not fun but we do have members who drive 2 1/2 to 3 hours each way to attend meetings in our local.
