In the central, they have two days to get you the check after you made them aware . The penalty clock starts after that and every week there after you get a penalty, until you’re paid. Also be sure to file quickly as there are time limits for the grievant as well.

Well, if they have two days and you get paid on Friday, they would have Friday and Saturday to get you the money. Last time I looked we have next day air so they could send it next to your house. If they don’t file Monday and every Monday there until you get a check.
