What if the 10 minutes rule includes the time to take your street clothes off and put the uniform on. Then to take off your uniform and get dress again. Is the rule 10 minutes for both or 10 before and 10 after ?

If people would wise up and get involved we as a union would be taking these guys on many of the issues they seem to be getting a pass on
