Next raise ?

I am a part time dockworker I was wondering with the new contract when will the next raise be ? Also how long do you have to wait b4 you get paid vacation as a part timer

The next raise is January 1st. Part time gets 1 week of unpaid vacation after 1 year and then 1 week of paid vacation after 5 years.

What?? Wow...unpaid vacation...that blows...lol. After 5 years...PTers get 3 weeks paid vacation in my local.

You need to remember, this isn't a local thing, this is Freight. Our contract isn't as good as yours, we don't have local supplements.
