If you can't DR a package without a sig it won't let you. When it freezes you out and there's not an "R" next to the stop in your EDD you're in the clear.
If you know how the numbers work you can understand they are BS and unrealistic rather than they are created by a magical perfect force at the heart of UPS. When they say pay attention or care about them they mean as a standard of if they worked hard/fast enough. The WOR report/overallowed is a form of propaganda to try to get drivers to go faster/do more work.
I DR pretty much everything resi. If it says "no dr" and it's not an over-21 pckg I scan, back arrow, little arrow up, override, override, override, sheet. Choose releases location. Boom.
