Now that Christmas is over...
For many of us:
8 hour days can be requested this week. Use your December days up.
9.5 list starts January 1; helpers go till the 15th, but 9.5 coverage starts the 1st

They showed us no compassion locally during peak. 60 hr rule bumped to 70, 14 hours many days, forcing on weekends. At least now there is some control over hours.

I like to think of it like this. They get 2 months out of the year to screw us.Now i get 10 months to screw them.and i have a really big score to settle with them after this disaster peak.
