No ricky, they weren't going to be given $3 Billion in cash, they were being given $3 Billion in tax breaks. In exchange they were investing billions, and creating 25,000 jobs, which would have greatly enhanced the local tax base and help the local economy.

She proposed a bill that all the major Dem candidates endorsed. A bill that if ever it is made into law will cost $32 Trillion over 10 years according to both liberal and conservative think tanks. Essentially would have to almost double income taxes. That's why people care.
