From the article:

"The screenings are not an activity that the workers were actually hired to perform, wrote Justice Clarence Thomas. The employees were hired to retrieve products from warehouse shelves and package those products for shipment to Amazon (AMZN, Tech30) customers, not to go through security screenings."

Could this be interpreted to mean employees cannot be forced to go through screening?

Reason they put in ours is because someone came in a couple years ago and took a tire iron to the head of a reload sup.

Who hasn't wanted to do that at least once in a career?
