Oh, I get it. All of those coloreds with their entitlements and ObamaPhones.
They did actually. Their petition was ultimately rejected by the Supreme Court and since that is pretty much the end of the road for the appeals process they accepted their sentences and reported to jail.
I think it's important not to lump them in with the Bundys and their armed gang who are clearly just using this case to push their own agenda. Through their lawyers the Hammonds have explicitly rejected the Bundy gang's actions and refused their support. I have some sympathy for the Hammonds and their situation, I have zero sympathy for the Bundys and I hope the government holds them to account.
When a bunch of welfare cheats walk in and takeover a federal building we'll see how your theory holds up.
