ISIS terrorists killed scores of people at the airport in Turkey. Turks are Muslims.

ISIS terrorists have been at war with the Kurds in Northern Iraq and Syria for years now. Kurds are Muslims.

ISIS terrorists have been at war with the Syrian government. Syrians are Muslims.

ISIS terrorists have been at war with Lebanese Shi'ite Hezbollah fighters. Shi'ites are Muslims.

So....even if Barack Obama was a Muslim...which he is not...the assertion that he would therefore be unwilling to confront Islamic terrorists is ridiculous.

A little unknown fact is that the Kurds have been fight against Iran's best forces for years and winning . The Kurd's are trying to carve out their own country from Iran, Iraq, Russia and Turkey.
Turkey has been the sticky point in International Relations. the US needs Turkey on it's side, so giving any support to the Kurds is a difficult position .

For ONCE, and it must be a miracle, you are actually CORRECT but thats a mere coincedence rather than anything you understand about the middle east.

When GW BUSH signed the withdrawal agreement with IRAQ for all of our forces to withdraw from iraq, president Al Maliki required that BUSH agree to one key provision among others.

That provision applied to the KURDS in Iraq.

Under the Withrawal agreement, the Kurds COULD NOT BE DIRECTLY ARMED by the United States of America, and ANY weapons intended for the Kurds had to be given to the new Iraqi government and THAT government would disperse those weapons to the Kurds as they saw fit.

This is in writing.

The USA cannot ARM the kurds, and because of that, they are defenseless against ISIS and the reason why arms have to be illegally funneled through turkey to the PKK.

BUSH created a disaster in the Iraq, and everyday, the USA is spending millions to try and clean it up.

So, yes, the USA screwed the Kurds.
