the players tend to make the game. seems like this site was a whole lot more interesting when the dannyboys , 705reds and other prominent members were here. The ones that are left are not quite as interesting or entertaining. It is a bit quieter though without them in a library sort of way. More like a wack a mole kind of site. the mole that sticks his head up now gets quickly beat into submission. Looks over there that new layer of paint is drying a bit slower then the last one....

its a message board. the purpose is to discuss what you and other members think is relevant. that works until you start trying to read between the lines to discover the secret intent behind posts. Message boards are free flowing. Many of the posts are spontaneous. Some are made when the members are under the influence of daily pressures or chemicals. As such the site is better served when you turn off the psycho analysis and recognize that some of the posts may have been made when the poster was not in their normal state of mind.

Indeed you are.though it's a struggle at times...
after a while many of the posts become somewhat redundant. ground hog day revisited
your response while meant to be sarcastic is probably not a bad concept to employ as a group leader here. gratitude shown for participation may make some of the members feel better appreciated. positive responses from the cadre can tend to encourage those who come here on a down day. thanks for sharing.
