I have a place that orders gallons of water from quill.com. They package the thing in open cardboard boxes that barely cover the jugs of water. Every single time I have those, at least one of them gets damaged and spills water all over the floor of the PC wetting the surrounding packages. I have no idea how Quill expects those crappily packed jugs of water to survive in the system. And no idea why UPS allows Quill to ship them like that.
I've gotten plenty of the rolls of paper towels shipped in no cardboard box and just the plastic and surprisingly those are always intact.
