Seems obviously edited but reduced sunlight of an eclipse is not something I have experience on the ocean. An eclipse occurs at High Noon local time which means the eclipse is actually high in sky rather than at horizon.
Appears that he/she changed ocean part of image to B&W and then applied an Orange "Photo filter" to selected parts of image.
And reduced the luminosity of the Blue channel.
Moved eclipsed sun to the horizon.
