If I was Fat Freddy or Indy Raj I would give the pilots their raise and then cut their hours much like what they do with couriers.

We are constantly having flights canceled and the explanation is usually plane malfunction but I imagine it's cutting pilot hours.

It’s a different lie every time. The last year I was there, we had late freight 60% of the time, and the daily lie was “weather in Memphis.” I’ve never been to Memphis before, but it must be like Bangladesh during monsoon season with as much bad weather as they supposedly get.
