I don't seem to remember any negotiations with Cuba. I do remember Obama showing up and having to call an Uber at the airport to meet the Cuban leadership. Is that how Trump was supposed to handle NK.?
Last I remember, Cuba wasn’t a threat to it’s neighbors or a rogue nation on the verge of being a nuclear power. I may have missed something though.

I mean, really. Comparing Cuba to North Korea?!?

That’s just stupid.

Actually, I wasn't aware we were at war with either, fill me in, I'm all ears nonetheless.
Exactly what occurred on both fronts, seemingly we've been engaged in a two front war I've slept through.
Apparently the Korean War has never officially ended and the North on several occasions has walked away from the Armistice so we are probably at war with them as much as any war we’ve been in since WW II since congress no longer declares war.

Back in the day Cuba was sending troops to a number of conflicts. Angola comes to mind. They weren't acting as peacekeepers. Che Guevera got himself killed in Bolivia trying to foment revolution there. The Cubans supported the Sandinistas in Nicaragua.
