As far as the Russia bounty story goes, nothing is true until the Russians deny it. When the Russians deny it. It must be true.
You should work for the State Department with theories like that.

you should come a little closer to home. The NY Times reportd the story. no one else has been able to confirm it. US intelligence did not brief the president on the story because they did not think it was credible intelligence. intelligence that is not credible is perfect fodder for trump hating fake news sources.

The message board site banned more than 2,000 subreddits that regularly broke its rules on harassment, hate speech, and targeting on Monday, CEO Steve Huffman announced in a post. One of those subreddits was r/The_Donald, a pro-Trump forum with more than 790,000 users.
"All communities on Reddit must abide by our content policy in good faith. We banned r/The_Donald because it has not done so, despite every opportunity," Huffman wrote. "The community has consistently hosted and upvoted more rule-breaking content than average ... and its mods have refused to meet our most basic expectations."
The subreddits were banned as part of Reddit's enforcement of a new policy on hate speech, which states that people or subreddits who "promote hate based on identity or vulnerability" will be banned. The policy also prohibits targeting "victims of a major violent event and their families."
Other banned subreddits include right-wing forums like r/CampusConservative, r/thenewright, and r/rightwinglgbt. They also included some left-wing subreddits like r/ChapoTrapHouse, and r/cumtown, subreddits for fans of two leftist podcasts of the same names, respectively. A subreddit dedicated to trans-exclusionary feminism, r/GenderCritical, was also banned."

According to the Times, and as later confirmed by the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal, Trump was briefed on this in March, but made a great show of insisting that Russia be allowed back into the G7 throughout this past spring so he didn’t seem overly concerned. Setting aside the pretext for the Soleimani assassination, he is typically very cynical about these things. (Recall that he excused Russian President Vladimir Putin’s killing of journalists by saying, “Well, I think that our country does plenty of killing, too.”)

It’s clear from reading it that many people knew about this intelligence, that there was a concerted effort to address it though the action ultimately taken was none.
