Read very slowly so you can comprehend what I'm about to say.
Bill Clinton has said that he support a 3 term limit. The third term could not be served directly after the second. Must step away for 4 years at least. Also it would only be for presidents that were elected to their first term AFTER this bill passed.
Those are the FACTS. That's what I said and u went off on some rant about Obama and Clinton not wanting to serve a third term. Well no

I did not say it was for Obama nor did I say--- when Serrano Proposed the Legisalation --or whether it was the first time.
Please try to stick to facts and not your LIBERAL FANTASY.
