2 years is pathetic. 4 years is disgusting. People go full-time inside and take a pay cut from the MRA 21/hr for 3 years before matching their previous wage.

I was making the same rate preloading as drivers do and took a cut in pay rate to go full time but was back to full rate in less than a year.

Why are you so obsessed with whether I stick with the company or not? When you pay in the required 100k, you are entitled to an opinion. Until then, no one cares what you think.
