Do you get your 2/3/4 year pay increase exactly on your senority date? This may seem like a dumb question. But i know when waiting 5 years to access your pension it takes more then 5 years. And when doing driver probation it takes 30 WORKING days. Not 1 month.
So im just trying to make sure your raises have nothing to do with working days and its just exactly 1 year every year. Even if you barely work all year because of lay off or injury.
Side story: I only got a couple days til i hit senority and im praying i dont get laid off next week. Since i dont want to fall into any sort of seasonal issue.
