Maybe in the central. But southern doesn't consider a paid holiday as a punch.

Pay for unworked holidays shall not be used in computing overtime pay in the regular workweek. Time worked in excess of thirty-two (32) hours in any week which a holiday occurs or twenty-four (24) hours if a second holiday occurs in any week shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) where the holiday falls within the employee's scheduled work-week, and such overtime shall be paid after thirty (30) hours in any week in which a holiday occurs or twenty (20) hours if a second holiday occurs in any week for those employees on a work-week of four (4) ten (10) hour days. Time and one-half (1-1/2) shall be paid after the fortieth (40) hour, where the holiday falls outside the employee's scheduled workweek. When any of the above mentioned holidays falls on Sunday, the day observed by decree or proclamation shall be considered as a legal holiday and work performed shall be paid at the holiday rate.
