Our regular Air Driver (who goes to Airport to get the NDA) went down with an injury in November. Pre-loader has been filling in ever since.
We've been told regular Air Driver will be coming back, but seems like his absence has been longer that the injury requires.
Meanwhile the pre-loader who is filing in also gets to work the pre-load on Mondays (where air driver would normally be off).
Should he be allowed to work Mondays also? By doing so it makes others take longer to get there time in to get into the union.
