Sometimes, I start the week with a large skillet of fried peppers and onions. Different color and different heat levels of peppers and rings of onions........ Sauteed and seasoned, I use these all week with everything. Make a sandwich, add fried peppers. Mashed potatoes...top with fried peppers along with gravy..Having spaghetti?....have a side of fried peppers with it..
