That's part of my pay package. Try giving some to your employees

Oh wait.. All of the sudden y
Not if we let employers off the hook for it.

If it helps you understand corporations, here it is: why would I give any benefits whatsoever as long as I can get this job done? Do I want drivers staying 30 years and going down with bad knees, wanting raises, more vacation time, etc.? Or do I want to manage turnover, keep wages relatively low, and use up drivers in the prime of their physicality and move on to the next?

Oh. And then bitch and moan about wanting lower taxes and needing certainty?

This is American capitalism.

Don't need to, I posted the elements of a contract, to be enforceable it does have to be based on a legal transaction. Been to school, degreed in the field. There are contracts and there are enforceable contracts. Bark elsewhere.
You need to go back to school. Pay particular attention to how courts have ruled and the implications of those rulings.

I don't have to go anywhere, I know what I am speaking of, know the elements of a legally binding, enforceable contract, and know that courts rule every day on such. My degree is not from a community college either, by the way.

Market-driven health care doesn't work, time to join the rest of the civilized world and enter a single-payer system.

No, it's not Socialism, and yes, it would end up being a win for business.

We could follow the German model, a private/government partnership.

Oh, wait...

Some of us can make it here. Others can't

Care to comment??
I agree.

I make a lot of money off freight you guys used to deliver.

Thank you.

Do you really think UPS cares? You're more than just "a means to an end"? They really value you?

Who mentioned anything of caring. You are exactly what you self-righteously demonize large corporations of.
Self righteously? No. But yes, I do exactly what they do. Couldn't afford to do it any other way and I don't have the drive to do something different. I mean, I do get to hang at the soccer field any time I want.

But don't kid yourself. Large corporations are exactly what i am saying they are.

Don't care if they value me. Just give me my 100k a year plus benefits

Sorry you was too weak to stick it out.
Lol. I'm not sorry. Not by a long shot.

You call me weak. Go have a drink. I'm getting under that thin outer layer you call skin. Relax.
