If you were on vacation August 1 to the ratification date you don’t get the retro since it’s based on last year’s earnings and you didn’t work

So maybe you'll get yours Oct 31. (Union says since 705 ratified 2 weeks after everyone else, they get paid out 2 weeks later)...maybe...if nothing else goes wrong...

Vacation days are paid out differently than sick and personal days.

. They'll probably release it in February to keep new hires
