Only 17% of the employees may be effected, but what a lot of people don’t think about is how it effects the local economy. With government workers not getting paid, they’re not spending as much money. They’re not sending their kids to daycare. Not going out to restaurants. Buying less gas. Doing minimal shopping, etc.

Immigration reform and breaking the cycle of chain migration amnesty is more important. This government shut down won’t be as bad as Obama’s he purposely issued directive not to use continuation funds to manufacture a political crisis.
