Mine went down slightly. Because I changed insurance companies. My old insurer was bought by Liberty Mutual and my rates would have tripled. Kind of a strong incentive to switch.Mine doubled for no reason at all that I had any control over.
I get the feeling the insurance companies know the $ is losing value so fast they are trying to get ahead of it. They use disasters and climate change as a smokescreen so we don’t panic.Mine doubled for no reason at all that I had any control over.
When insurance gets so expensive that they start pricing people out of their homes there’s gonna be some real unrest.I get the feeling the insurance companies know the $ is losing value so fast they are trying to get ahead of it. What hit me worse was my property taxes going up about 50%When insurance gets so expensive that they start pricing people out of their homes there’s gonna be some real unrest.
Yep, that’s the other part of the equation. It’s really getting out of control. Apparently the cities need these vanity projects.. roads paved with gold and kids going to palaces at schools. What kind of return am I getting on these educations by the way? What hit me worse was my property taxes going up about 50%
Just my opinion. All industries know the $ is breaking faster. We cannot manufacture that fast. The billionaires sold stock last 16 months. They will scoop your RE..When insurance gets so expensive that they start pricing people out of their homes there’s gonna be some real unrest.
Warren Buffett certainly was on a selling spree.Just my opinion. All industries know the $ is breaking faster. We cannot manufacture that fast. The billionaires sold stock last 16 months. They will scoop your RE..
Sales tax just went up to 8%.Yep, that’s the other part of the equation. It’s really getting out of control. Apparently the cities need these vanity projects.. roads paved with gold and kids going to palaces at schools. What kind of return am I getting on these educations by the way?
It’s rampant. My mother just told me its getting crazy. What hit me worse was my property taxes going up about 50%
Yep, just like a toll road that they say is only going to be there just to pay for the new construction and stays indefinitely.Sales tax just went up to 8%.
Once they add a tax it never goes down.

Every new school project needs a massive indoor athletic facility with pool, and an outdoor arena, not to mention scores of staff seemingly unrelated to educational outcomes. What hit me worse was my property taxes going up about 50%
would be nice if the kids actually used those athletic facilities for better health conditioningEvery new school project needs a massive indoor athletic facility with pool, and an outdoor arena, not to mention scores of staff seemingly unrelated to educational outcomes.
Schools should be rented out more for their gyms and fields to generate income.Every new school project needs a massive indoor athletic facility with pool, and an outdoor arena, not to mention scores of staff seemingly unrelated to educational outcomes.
