Browndawg beat me to it. So did my boss, he said pretty soon medical coverage wont be available to smokers. So then it shouldnt be available to obese persons, because it is also self inflicted illness. Or to people with mental problems caused by drug usage. The list could go on. We know more now than ever that it is a killer, so smokers and drinkers get taxed to death. Im ashamed of the dirty habit, few people know I puff, Im on my way off, Ive set the date. Ive given myself a 200 dollar a month raise as my husband also smokes, and we have cut down that much. Now its just a matter of the date getting here, and sticking to it. But when my grandson told my husband he needed to quit, and there are commercials on his tv and probably on ours too, to help him quit, it brought him to his knees. That is when we got serious. Yes its nasty, but it is an addiction, some say worse than heroin. My mother smoked like a chimney and died at 70 of lung cancer. That should be enough to stop you but it doesnt.
