Kennedy continues to spread health falsehoods on a range of issues and his opposition to vaccines will put people’s lives in danger. His nomination should be a non-starter for anyone who believes in evidence-based public health policy. Kennedy has questioned the decades-old policy of pasteurizing milk, embraced the disproven COVID-19 remedies hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, and touted unproven dietary supplements for a variety of ailments, which could lead patients to avoid effective treatments. Many of the ideas proposed by Kennedy would have deeply damaging impacts on our leading scientific research and regulatory institutions. If he is confirmed, he would actually reverse key gains made in improving our food and health system. There are so many ways beyond slogans to make America healthier – but none of them start with Kennedy as head of HHS. We ask for your help at this critical time. Tell your Senators to oppose Kennedy’s nomination.

Folks forget what dangers measles was before vaccination. It was a childhood disease, most got over it, however, many did die, thousands needed to be hospitalized. The brain would swell, causing side effects of blindness or deafness.
