I will say that when I was PT and new had a PT supe shaving times. Couple pay checks didn’t seem right and went to my FT supe. He asked if I had proof of time worked and I didn’t. Honestly didn’t think I needed to do that. From that time on I have kept track of every minute worked and have easily fixed discrepancies. PT supe was not with the company much longer.

Moral of the story is until you are screwed by it you don’t think you need to do it.

Not sure if anyone has asked in any of your other recent threads, but just curious, do you know how to properly tell time? Serious question, maybe there's some error in communication based around something much simpler and non malicious.

I believe in unionism but it does have it own problems and limitations.

I bring in outside agencies (OSHA, etc) when the internal processes fail.
